In support of this principle, it is the fixed policy of the Alliance to comply fully with all laws, including antitrust laws. Therefore, all participants must be careful to keep their activities (both in appearance and fact) within prescribed bounds.

The Alliance intends to help develop and promote optimal operation execution practices necessary to support safe and efficient Guyana oil and gas operations, which enhance competition.

 

We will not agree on prices paid to suppliers or charged to customers, endorse or disparage vendors or goods or services, divide markets, discuss with whom we will do business, nor other competitively sensitive information such as specific commercial terms or pricing, because these are matters for each company or individual to independently evaluate and determine.
